Upon installation of a new system, we offer a comprehensive Service Level Agreement to ensure high availability throughout the entire life cycle of your system. The agreement includes training of staff, 24/7 support and preventive maintenance. We are experienced in servicing all types of telecom equipment and do not only service our own installations. On request, we can take action and secure a safe and reliable operation of your systems (even systems based on older technologies).
